Arapahoe Study Notification Excludes Residents

The Arapahoe Road Corridor Study was the basis for the claim that the underpass was part of a "locally preferred option." The map of properties given individual notification for the study appears to gerrymander the impacted residents out of the notification area. Greenwood Village Mayor Sharpe and Centennial Mayor Randy Pye (later also a registered lobbyist working with the development community) served on the executive committee for the ARCS. Even HOA or Civic Association leaders along Yosemite who may have recieved one copy of the notification might not have known that it impacted their neighborhoods, because the study area was described as that part of Arapahoe Rd between I-25 & Parker.
