Voters Deserve Promise of Transparency, Accountability

A former business owner, I support job growth. I believe all businesses should be welcome, not just those with ties to politicians. We've welcomed and kept new and old businesses, including major employers in my district, United Launch Alliance and IKEA.

I've served as Centennial's Mayor Pro Tem, and was chosen by our region's elected leaders as CML District Secretary. I serve CML's Legislative Policy Committee. As liaison to CCSD, I achieved a sales tax exemption for school organizations, and worked with Bicycle Colorado to cut traffic and enhance safety around local schools.

The race for District 2’s county commissioner saw one challenger questioning the integrity of her opponent — later prompting countercharges — in an increasingly contentious race to represent the district.

Centennial Neighborhood Fighting County Over I-25 Fix

Centennial neighbors living west of Yosomite and South of Arapahoe Road are in a battle with Arapahoe County, over how to fix the I-25/Arapahoe interchange. The top method for ending the traffic nightmare is to build a second underpass south of the exsisting depression at Arapahoe.

But, that idea is falling on deaf ears of those living west of Yosomite, who say their neighborhood would see increased traffic to the tune of more than 18-thousand cars a day.

I-25, Arapahoe Road Interchange Causes A Stir

A proposal to ease congestion at the Interstate 25 and Arapahoe Road interchange is not sitting well with neighbors.

Arapahoe County along with Centennial and Greenwood Village are using a traffic flow study to help find a solution to traffic jams. One proposal includes creating an underpass just south of the interchange to ease the bottleneck.
